A dual action, inward opening window. The bottom hinged tilt mode provides good ventilation at the head of the window,

A quarter-turn of the handle opens the window partially by tilting it inwards from the top - ideal for ventilation.
But close it, give the handle another quarter-turn and the window opens fully from the side.
